Jesus christ is alive today!
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. 1 Corinthians 15:3-8
Jesus Christ is Alive
The signature fact that Jesus Christ rose from the dead is most important to the Good News of Jesus Christ. If Jesus Christ had not risen from the dead; he would have been just like any other religious leader that has appeared throughout history. However, the fact that He did rise from the dead sets Him apart as God – The Way – The Truth – and The Life.
In addition, the resurrection of Jesus Christ shows the world that Jesus Christ’s death on the cross was accepted by God as satisfactory payment for the sins of mankind. The resurrection also shows that Jesus Christ conquered Satan, Sin and, Death.
Christ told His followers various times that He would rise from the dead. He told them that they would see Him again. If He had not risen, then everything He said and taught would have been in question. But, since He did rise from the dead, like He said He would, then we know that all of His Words are true.
“For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
Biblical Proof that Jesus is Alive!
His Resurrection from the Dead

The Romans were expert executioners and had perfected their craft of killing people by crucifixion. There was no doubt that Christ had died. There is also no doubt that He rose from the dead. If one or two people claimed to see Him, then we would have to question-yet, hundreds of people testified of seeing Him Alive.

Jesus Christ Appears to various Ladies and Men
- Jesus Christ appeared to Mary Magdalene and other ladies and tells them to share the message of His resurrection.
Consider these Bible verses-
Matthew 28- In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me.
- In Luke 24:13-35 we read how Christ appeared to two men who were walking from Jerusalem.
And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures? 33 And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them, 34 Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon. Luke 24:32-35

Jesus Christ Appears to the Apostles
And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts? Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet. Luke 24:36-40
Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord. John 20:19-20
After these things Jesus shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this wise shewed he himself. 2 There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples. John 21:1-2
…all that Jesus began both to do and teach, Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen: To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: Acts 1:1b-3

Jesus Christ appears to Thomas
- We are told about a man who doubted the resurrection of Jesus Christ, but finally believed once he saw Christ with his own eyes.
But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. John 20:24-29
He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.
